There was a spa coupon that you could receive a free item at the spa.Įveryday the room was cleaned. The bathroom was spacious and had lots of lotions. It had an amazing scent and music playing. Once we arrived to the hotel, we were promptly greeted with fresh towels and drinks. First, there was a shuttle ready to pick us up at the airport as soon as we arrived. A must visit, you will not be disappointed!!!!! I can't say it enough the service and food were knockout. The concierge who was assigned to us was AMAZING, responsive and I mean very quickly! Consistently gave us all the right information. Seriously good poolside food and choices along with cocktail service with perfectly poured drinks and great drink specials. The pool side service for food was awesome the food taco platters mixed to your liking.
It had tables that were cocktail tables with chess it checkers and many other games including pool tables. Dessert bar with coffee shop open late night, bar area with chill laid back vibe. Another night they set up for us a bed of roses with a pinata filled with sweets and champagne this was asked for and was tastefully romantic and certainly set the mood for that night. All of that was just done for us not asked for. The service was second to none, we had the turndown service set up a hot outdoor private jacuzzi on our deck with bubbles wine and chocolate and sweet treats. The resort has everything to offer in a smaller property that is walkable from any point A to any Point B. The food was great at all restaurants even the Hibachi (never had good Hibachi in any all inclusive regardless of Cancun or the islands). I've been to at least 7 all inclusives in the Cancun area, none matched the complete package offered here. I will DEFINITELY come back here, been trying to convince friends and fam to do so, as well as already planning our return trip!!īy far the best all inclusive, Superior service best quality food by a long shot. Overall, there are enough activities and amenities at the resort to keep you relaxed and busy throughout your stay, as well as an easy enough time to schedule transportation out of the resort if needed. 2) The beach was not the best as it is prone to accumulate seaweed and has to be serviced by a beach raking company everyday. The only drawbacks I found was 1) It is out of the way from walkable tourists spots so you will have to travel out of the resort by car or arranged shuttle. While supposedly the resort Is 95% sold out, I've not had a feeling of it being overcapacity or crowded, none of the patrons are those loud rowdy partier types, so it really allows for rest and relaxation. No detail is overlooked, quality is never compromised! It has the feel of some 800+/night resorts but none of the air of arrogance you may feel at some. It is 5-star luxury quality from decor, to food, amenities, and service.
I've been to various resorts from 3 star to 5+ star and this has taken the top in my book. By far the best all-inclusive resort I've been to, maybe even the best tropical resort I've been so far.
